Swap SUI

Sui-Swap.io AML Policy

Sui-Swap.io uses risk-based checks for its crypto-to-crypto exchange orders. A standard eligible order can begin without a conventional trading account or routine identity verification, but additional review may be required when a transaction presents relevant risk indicators.

Standard Orders and Screening

The live exchange shows the selected route, amount, destination and deposit details before payment. Order information and transaction signals may be checked to assess fraud, sanctions, stolen-fund indicators or other misuse risks.

No routine verification at the start of an eligible order is a description of the normal flow, not a promise that an individual transaction will never be reviewed. A review can occur before payout or while a payment is investigated.

When More Information May Be Requested

Atypical transaction patterns, restricted-party indicators, suspected theft, fraud or other material risk information can trigger further checks. The information requested depends on the issue and may concern the source or destination of funds or the person controlling the order.

If we contact you about an order, use its ID in your response and follow the instructions delivered through the official support channel. We do not need a wallet recovery phrase or private key to review a transaction.

Possible Order Outcomes

After review, an order may proceed, be delayed while information is assessed or be rejected. Where technically possible and approved for an unresolved order, a refund may be considered to a verified refund address; applicable network costs can reduce the returned amount.

Blockchain transfers and destination conditions can limit the actions available after payment. Keep the order ID and transaction hash so a case can be investigated against the actual transfer.

Restricted Activity and Contact

The service must not be used for funds connected to fraud, theft, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful activity. We may refuse an order where processing conflicts with applicable restrictions or creates unacceptable compliance risk.

Send compliance questions or responses to [email protected]. For ordinary deposit and payout questions, use the support contact; see the Privacy Policy for information handling.
